I’ve wanted to get minted for quite a while now, but despite a plethora of mint polishes around this year, I’ve struggled to find The One. After a recent swatchathon, I opted for Rimmel Salon Pro in Peppermint, which I picked up in Boots at the weekend (resisting the temptation to grab 4 or 5 other shades in this gorgeous range).
I love this colour, but it’s more aqua than mint in my eyes, in fact most of those I’ve tried have either been too blue or green toned for my liking… I just want a plain ice cool mint.
I loved the tone of Max Factor Pearl de Jade, but found the formula too thin (4 coats is too much in my opinion). Essence That’s What I Mint is next on my list after seeing these beautiful swatches on the Polished Perfectionist… now I just need to track it down!
